Niels-Henrik Sørensen

Niels-Henrik is a recognized business psychologist with 20 years of experience, combining deep organizational psychology expertise with his own leadership background as Managing Partner and co-owner of Lead – enter next level for a decade. He has dedicated his career to shaping tomorrow’s leaders and strengthening organizations through strategic leadership development, executive coaching, and tailored organizational training programs.

As the Nordic region’s leading expert in versatile leadership, Niels-Henrik works data-driven and uses, among other methods, the LVI 360-degree approach to develop individuals, teams, and entire organizations. He is an LVI Master Practitioner, Hogan-certified, EMCC-certified, and holds a master’s degree in psychology (Cand.psych.). His work is characterized by a rare combination of methodological rigor, strong psychological expertise, and a deep understanding of the dynamics that influence leaders and leadership teams—especially in establishment and transition phases.

Niels-Henrik designs long-term strategic leadership development programs and delivers training in both Danish and English with energy, engagement, deep knowledge, and humor.
