Line Groot Degner
Line is an expert in organizational culture and systemic change. She is a systemic practitioner working at the intersection of individual and organizational transformation. Line has previously led culture transformation initiatives for multinational organizations in finance and manufacturing, with a strong focus on meaningful, attainable shifts in mindsets, behaviours, and structures that drive high organizational impact. In addition, Line offers executive coaching.
Line began her career at Maersk in 2002 and has since served as Head of Culture at Tetra Pak and Nordea. She holds an MBA and MA dual degree from Wharton Business School and the Lauder Institute (University of Pennsylvania). She is a certified advanced transformative coach and a certified organizational constellations practitioner. Line is currently pursuing an MA in Organizational Psychology and is a Culture Catalyst Fellow in a joint research project between Rise & Thrive Coaching Academy and Melbourne University.
