Frederik Fredslund

Frederik has more than 15 years of experience working with leadership, learning, and organizational development—as a consultant, facilitator, and leader. He has worked across public-sector organizations, civil society, and international companies, and has held roles such as Head of Department at the Danish Youth Council, Senior Consultant at Attractor / Rambøll Management Consulting, and global lead for the design and development of leadership programs at Maersk Training.

Frederik’s work focuses on the point in change processes where strategy meets everyday practice. He has a strong ability to translate complexity and create meaning across organizational levels, and he works with leadership development, change processes, and strategic sparring for leaders and leadership teams navigating complex conditions and tensions between operations and development, professional expertise and governance.

Frederik holds an MA (Cand.mag.) in Learning and Change Processes from Aalborg University. His strength lies in designing and facilitating processes that connect analysis and involvement, ensuring that new insights are translated into concrete practice and create lasting impact in the organization.

In 2020, Frederik published the book Atlas of Professional Conversations (Danish Psychological Publishers).
