Ståle Johansen

Ståle has 20 years of experience as a consultant and leader within knowledge-based organisations in the service, education, and consulting sectors.
He has been involved in the establishment of three companies and has, among other things, professional experience from AFF. Ståle Johansen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, specialising in innovation and entrepreneurship from the Bodø Graduate School of Business, and is also a trained psychotherapist from EAG/FPI in Germany.

As a consultant, Ståle has primarily worked with development and transformation processes at all levels – from individual and group development to large-scale organisational development and change in both the private and public sectors.

Both as a leader and as a consultant, he is passionate about engaging people by creating meaning, fostering mastery, and ensuring autonomy in their work. This creates commitment.
