Associate partner
Bettina Isling Mølgaard
Bettina has spent the past 20 years working with leadership, talent, and organisational development, bringing extensive experience from international companies including VELUX, A.P. Moller Maersk, and Novo.
Since 2025, she has worked as an independent consultant, helping organisations strengthen leadership, talent, and organisational engagement. For more than a decade, she has led international expert teams and global talent agendas, developing people and organisational practices that support large-scale transformation. Earlier in her career, she advised senior leaders and leadership teams as an HR Business Partner and leadership development consultant.
Having led people, strategy, and global talent agendas herself, Bettina brings first-hand insight into the opportunities and challenges leaders face. This experience gives her a practical, business-oriented, and human perspective as an advisor, facilitator, and coach.
With an original background in business development, Bettina combines strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in leadership and talent development. This gives her a unique perspective on the connection between strategy, leadership, culture, and brand, and how leadership and talent development create both business results and attractive workplaces.
Bettina is particularly motivated by helping organisations bridge the gap between business goals and the behaviours, capabilities, and culture needed to bring them to life.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cultural Studies and Languages, as well as a Master’s degree in Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School. She is currently taking an Executive Coach qualification at Henley Business School.
