Ulla Wiedemann

Ulla combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of people, leadership and organisations. She has more than 25 years of experience as a leader, consultant and executive coach, working throughout her career with leadership and organisational development, strategy and organisational change.

Her experience spans both management consulting and senior leadership roles in large, complex organizations. She started her career in Ernst & Young management consulting and has since held senior roles within leadership, organisational and people development at ATP, Novo, Nykredit and Convatec, including VP of HR Development at Nykredit and Head of HR for Convatec Infusion Care. This gives her a strong perspective on leadership from both sides of the table – as an adviser to leaders and from her own experience as a senior leader.

She works with 1:1 executive coaching, leadership team development, and the design and facilitation of leadership development programmes. Across her work, she focuses on connecting strategy with the leadership and collaboration needed to deliver. Ulla takes a relational and holistic approach, considering both the wider context and the dynamics that shape leadership and collaboration.

Ulla holds an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from Roskilde University, and an MSc in Business Administration and Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School. She is a certified Executive Coach, an accredited EMCC Senior Practitioner, and certified in PROSCI Change Management. She is also certified in a range of assessment tools, including Hogan, OPQ, MBTI and Saville.
