Peder Lykke

Peder has 20 years of experience as an organisational psychologist and has been educated in Oslo, Canada, and Denmark. He has extensive experience working with the development of organisations, leadership teams, teams, and individuals.

He has worked in depth with a range of assessment tools, including Effect, Leadership Versatility Index, and Core Qualities. In addition, he has extensive experience with conflict management across various organisations and has, among other things, applied fact-finding investigations as a methodology.

Peder is particularly interested in how people within organisations can align their efforts and work towards shared goals. In this context, he focuses on organisational culture and on how both employees and leaders must develop awareness of communication and interaction skills in order to create effective teams and groups.

In workshops and training programmes, Peder places strong emphasis on participant involvement by delivering messages that people genuinely recognise themselves in – and that they can translate into practical action in their everyday work.
