Maja Nyboe Bjerrehuus

Maja Nyboe Bjerrehuus is a specialist in leadership and organizational psychology with more than 12 years of experience in developing leaders, leadership teams, and organizations.

She works to strengthen leadership quality, capabilities, and culture, with a particular focus on building constructive communities and trust. Maja is known for her practical and straightforward approach, translating solid organizational and business psychology into concrete actions that strengthen relationships, leadership effectiveness, and results. She teaches, facilitates, delivers keynote presentations, and provides leadership advisory services at all organizational levels.

Maja is cand. Merc. in Psychology and is a certified occupational health and safety consultant, which means she works at the intersection of strategic leadership and organizational psychology. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership development, complex change processes, as well as crises and collaboration challenges. In addition, she is an active voice in the public debate through a wide range of professional publications on leadership, culture, trust, and personal leadership.
