Signe Enemark

Signe has 20 years of experience in organizational and leadership development—both at a strategic level and in practice. She has worked as a director, led HR teams, driven strategic HR initiatives, and headed organizational development, change processes, and talent development. Her experience spans internal roles such as HR Business Partner at A.P. Møller Maersk and Nordic HR Director at GroupM, as well as external consultancy as Senior Consultant at Lead – enter next level. For the past six years, she has worked independently with leadership development.

Signe is an expert in strategic leadership development and in translating business needs into relevant initiatives that elevate the organization at all levels. She is known for her sharp strategic thinking, her ability to introduce new perspectives, and her strong facilitation skills, which constructively challenge leaders and strengthen their practice. In creating meaningful change, she integrates structural frameworks, cultural norms, social dynamics, and the personal development of each leader. She delivers tangible results through deep business understanding and close, value-creating collaboration.

Signe holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen, has a two-year specialist training in narrative psychotherapy, and is an EMCC-certified coach.
