Mette has more than 20 years of experience helping leaders, leadership teams, and organizations create both progress and well-being. She has worked in both private and public organizations—most recently with a particular focus on the municipal sector, where she has led initiatives within leader well-being, leadership team development, and organizational prevention of ill-being and stress.
