Kenneth Henriksen

Kenneth has more than 15 years of unique experience with leadership development and data-based development work. Kenneth holds a Master of Science in Psychology, with more than 10 years of experience as an occupational psychologist and a Master of SCience in Computer Systems Engineering, both from the University of Southern Denmark. In addition to deep psychological insight through his work as a business psychologist in Falck, Crescea and Human house, Kenneth can tailor digitized and AI-supported tools for organizational solutions and leadership training at the highest level. Kenneth has worked 4 years as a digital consultant in Netcompany and proven his ability to develop solutions for a large number of the biggest Danish Companies.

Kenneth covers a wide range of insights and methods from strategic leadership development to the development of personal leadership, with a keen eye for the organizational context and framework, and the results the development must contribute to. He is known for his thorough approach, with an eye for the many details that need to be connected and strengthened to support the big picture, in close collaboration with the organizations Kenneth works with.
